Negotiate the CBA (Collective bargaining Agreement) with management.

Communicate with management regarding any non-compliance of our CBA.

If requested, we will accompany and represent an individual Associate Musician in a private meeting with management.

Oversee and compile the list of Voting Members, Strike Fund, and Hearing Preservation Program.
